Role Summary

As our new project manager (m/f/d) you will be part of our Project Development & Advisory team in Germany. You will play a key role as an expert and work on projects on behalf of our national and international customers together with a team of onshore wind energy experts. Our projects are diverse and we advise both well-known and new market participants, investors, financing banks and operators and include a wide range of services as well as potential combinations with other technologies, such as Power-to-X, where we draw on Ramboll's broad expertise.

As part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities in projects of varying complexity and size.
Requirements
Your main tasks will be the following
- Responsibility and control of the timely, economical and qualitative realization of national and international onshore wind energy projects (new construction, repowering, dismantling) taking into account official requirements and contractual framework conditions
- Overall project management for all trades, including planning and coordination/interface management of construction processes, subcontractors and other customer consultants
- Contract and supplementary and risk management and troubleshooting as well as budget control for all trades
- Setting up, monitoring and updating schedules
- Management, documentation and tracking of project deadlines
- Tender and award management as well as contract negotiations and control of the award processes for construction work and WEA contracts
- Main contact person for customers, all project participants and Ramboll colleagues, active stakeholder management
- Preparation of well-founded decision templates as well as ongoing advice and close communication with the customer
- Ramboll internal quality assurance, budget and resource planning and control, contract management
- Technical and operational interface between planning and implementation, technical management of a multi-person project team
- Creation and review of documentation, reporting
- About you
- Successfully completed studies in a relevant subject area; Master's degree or other advanced degree is preferred
- Alternatively, relevant and several years (at least 5 years) of professional experience in project management of onshore wind energy projects and basic technical understanding in the energy, plant or construction field
- Experience in the realization of wind farms or other complex renewable energy sources as well as in the coordination of executing companies and external service providers
- Good knowledge of planning and approval law as well as regulatory framework conditions is an advantage
- Confident use of MS Project and all standard office products
- Ideally experience with AutoCAD, ArcGis and tendering software
- Independent, proactive and structured way of working
- Strong oral and written communication skills and an eye for analytical and persuasive presentations
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
- Willingness to attend external appointments (approx. 20%) and class B driving license
