Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced person who will take over comprehensive responsibility for the administrative function in the CEE area. This is a role for someone who not only efficiently manages daily office operations, but also builds procedural order, takes care of compliance and is able to act independently in an international environment.

  • Supervision of office spaces
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Daily operation of the e-Delivery box - monitoring and responding to official letters
  • Cooperation with HQ in terms of compliance of administrative processes with compliance requirements
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of offices within CEE (orders, equipment service and coordination of its relocation)
  • Comprehensive fleet administration: repairs, inspections, insurance, DKV card service, verification of employee driving licenses
  • Organization and settlement of business trips

Coordination of financial operations (payments, invoices, cards) in close cooperation with accounting and finance departments.

Cooperation with the Data Protection Inspector (DPO): reporting GDPR incidents, preparing documentation and organizing employee training

Conducting internal audits and verifying compliance with procedures

Requirements

What do we expect from you?

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Office Manager, Administration Specialist or similar, including at least one year in a fully independent position
  • Knowledge of English at a minimum level. B2, daily cooperation with the headquarters and foreign branches
  • Very good knowledge of the Google Workspace environment (mail, calendar, disk) and MS Office
  • Valid category B driving license
  • Highly developed communication skills, multitasking and excellent work organization
  • Independence, meticulousness, accuracy and high personal culture
