Senior MEP Project manager

Role Summary

As a Senior MEP Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing, planning and implementing an entire plant project through budgeting, managing team members, sourcing vendors and planning project release.

Manage complex plant projects, from conception to completion.

Technical coordination of the plant design team.

Encourage and increase collaboration with new and existing subcontractors.

Contribute with ideas and construction solutions, combining customer requirements with design concepts developed by external engineering teams.

Ensure compliance with project deadlines, economic, legal and quality requirements.

Degree in civil or industrial engineering with a background in Project & Construction Management

Ten or more years of experience working on MEP projects with a Project & Construction Management background.

• Experience in industrial projects
• Optimal knowledge of current regulations
• Quick understanding, analytical thinking and propensity for organisation

Ability to demonstrate leadership, results orientation, problem solving and interpersonal skills from previous work situations.

Fluent knowledge (oral and written) of Italian and English; German will be considered a plus.

Availability to travel nationally.

Possession of a category B driving license and availability to drive.
