Role Summary

Eurofins PSS, as Professional Scientific Services, is looking for a resource to be included in the role of Project Manager in the geographical area of Vicenza (VI).

The resource, in the role of PM, will be responsible for supporting an important customer in the pharmaceutical sector in the management and coordination of a program to improve the efficiency of the Quality Control (QC) laboratories, with an approach based on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the continuous improvement program within the QC laboratories;
  • Lead cross-functional teams involving QC, QA, Production and cross-functions;
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma tools, including Value Stream Mapping, Visual Management and Kaizen;
  • Define KPIs, monitor performance and develop improvement roadmaps;
  • Support Change Control activities and digital transformation projects in the QC area;

Ensure maintenance of GMP compliance and Data Integrity.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience as Project Manager in structured contexts;
  • Knowledge of GMP regulations and the pharmaceutical regulatory context;
  • Knowledge of ALCOA+ and Data Integrity principles in GMP laboratories;
  • Experience in monitoring and improving KPIs;
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership and change management skills;
  • Domicile in the Vicenza area and surrounding areas.
  • Having gained experience in the pharmaceutical sector in QC laboratories represents a strong plus.
