Senior Lean Consultant - Continuous Improvement and International Projects (with French and English)

We select a Senior Lean Consultant, located in Catalonia, for the continuous improvement of national and occasionally international projects.

We require that you be an engineer or graduate, with experience in the industrial sector and valuable experience in the automotive sector, especially in production and logistics processes.

Responsibilities

• What will your duties be on the team?
• You will evaluate and improve processes and implement the LEAN Continuous Improvement System in the different projects you have in progress.
• You will develop projects, as well as define plans to implement and manage their consolidation.
• You will help drive business growth by seeking new opportunities.
• You will perform Value Analysis (VSM) of industrial and administrative processes.
• You will lead workshops and tools for Lean Manufacturing, VSM, SMED...
• You will implement Strategic Improvement Plans providing support in the operational management routines of middle management.
• You will manage teams and also negotiate and communicate with senior management and operations managers.
• We would love for you to be a person accustomed to managing projects, with good planning skills, focused on results and with analytical skills.
• It is important that you like to work in a team and have good communication skills.

Requirements

What is the person who needs the equipment like?

• University education, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum experience of 5 years in implementing an Operational Excellence System or having been responsible for Operations or Production or logistics in the automotive sector.
• It is valuable to provide experience in continuous improvement of industrial processes.
• It is valuable to provide experience in the automotive sector.
• Good command of French and English (Ideal level C1)
• Knowledge of control tools, dashboards and audits
• Data analysis capacity.
• Able to lead Lean Manufacturing workshops and tools. VSM, SMED, etc. People management, negotiation and persuasion skills
• Availability to make trips as required by the project (national-international).
