Responsibilities - Develop software solutions in a team environment

• Collaborate with teams focused on Equities, Fixed Income, ETD and FX
• Create and maintain a new strategic platform for the front office
• Implement high-performance and low-latency transaction systems
• Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Work closely with business analysts to understand requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle
• Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Contribute to technical documentation and project plans
• Assist in training and mentoring junior developers

Requirements - Minimum 3 years of experience in core Java

• Hands-on experience with data structures and algorithms
• Expertise in network programming
• Background in developing high-performance distributed systems
• Experience in financial environments is preferred
• Proficiency in Unix and Linux environments
• Communicative English level
