Role Summary
Senior Business Developer OpEx consultant within Production
Do you want to work close to production and make a real difference in a business with high quality requirements? We are now looking for a senior operational developer/OpEx (Operational Excellence) optimizer who can strengthen and develop quality and production flows at our customer in the manufacturing industry. We are looking for you who want to be hands-on in production, work closely with people and processes, and create concrete improvements that make a difference - every day.
About the mission
Our customer is in an important development stage where the focus is on creating robust, efficient and quality-assured processes in production. You will work closely with the business, operators and technology functions to identify areas of improvement and implement practical solutions.
Responsibilities
The assignment is basically about
- Understand real production workflows – not just documented processes
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and quality gaps and find solutions to actions
- Drive improvement work with a focus on LEAN and continuous improvements
- Develop and ensure robust processes and clear working methods
- Contribute to high and consistent quality in an environment with clear requirements from the automotive industry
- Analyze and optimize production processes and flows
- Conduct root cause analyzes and ensure that measures are implemented and followed up
- Develop and establish working routines, control points and standardized work methods
Requirements
Identify needs for technical improvements such as
- Automation
-Robotization
-Vision/camera-based quality control
- New production methodology
- Contribute to reducing manual steps through smart and efficient solutions
- Work closely with operators and production teams to ensure grounding and hands-on implementation
We are looking for you as
- Has senior experience in business development and Operational Excellence within the manufacturing industry
- Has a good understanding of LEAN Manufacturing, flow optimization and process improvements
Has documented experience in identifying and eliminating bottlenecks
- Is used to working close to production and is driven by creating improvements in practice
- Has an understanding of quality requirements within, for example, the automotive industry
- Has experience in or interest in automation, robotics and modern production technology
Self-motivated, driven, pragmatic and has strong communication skills
Experience in business development, production technology management, process development, quality management, lean manufacturing or similar experience.

Additional Information
