Senior Business Analyst till vårt ServiceNow-team

Role Summary

In the role of Business Analyst, you will play a key role in our customers' digital transformation journeys. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring that technical solutions meet the requirements of the business. As an Elite Partner for ServiceNow, we have one of Scandinavia's largest and most qualified consulting groups with nearly 500 dedicated experts. We are now looking for an experienced Business Analyst who can drive requirements management and strategic advice in our team deliveries.

Requirements

Your main tasks

• Identify and analyze business needs and convert these into functional requirements.
• Collaborate with customers, development teams and other stakeholders to ensure effective solutions.
• Lead and facilitate workshops to gather and prioritize requirements.
• Document processes and improvement proposals and drive implementation of new working methods.
• Support customers in change management and optimization of business processes.
• Work in agile teams and contribute to an efficient delivery process.

To be successful in the role, we believe you have:

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst within IT and more specifically ServiceNow.
• Experience in requirements management, process analysis and business development.
• Understanding of ITSM, ITIL and agile working methods.
• Good ability to communicate and collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Relevant academic education in IT, finance or equivalent.
• Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
