Role Summary

We are now looking for a Requirements Analyst who wants to be part of and create real change for our customers within, among other things, the public sector, energy and the defense industry.

In the role, you are responsible for capturing, analyzing and documenting both functional and non-functional requirements through, for example, workshops, user interviews, observations and document studies. You ensure that the requirements are clearly formulated, developable and testable and break them down into manageable and value-creating deliverables with defined acceptance criteria.

The work takes place in close collaboration with users, product owners, business experts, architects and development teams to ensure that the requirements are clear, prioritized, anchored and well understood by all stakeholders. You are also responsible for maintaining traceability throughout the entire development chain and ensuring that requirements are communicated and anchored between different demanders and stakeholder groups.

Furthermore, you contribute to the continuous development of the team's working methods, documentation and requirements processes. You support the test and quality assurance work through requirement validation and review of test cases and act as methodological support in requirements management for business specialists and other requirements setters. The role also includes designing and further developing work processes for the receiving organization to ensure efficient and sustainable working methods.

You will be part of an agile and cross-functional team that today consists of requirements analysts, scrum masters, system developers and testers.

Requirements

We believe that you are an analytical and communicative person who enjoys collaborating, creating structure and building good relationships. You are driven by understanding the needs of businesses and translating them into solutions that work in practice.

  • Shell requirements
  • College/university education of at least 180 credits in systems science/IT
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
  • At least five years of work experience as a requirements analyst in IT-related projects in the public sector and/or in the energy sector
  • Meritorious qualifications
  • Experience of working closely with operations and various stakeholders
  • Experience with requirements tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or GitLab as well as UX/design tools such as Figma, Axure, and Adobe XD

It is positive if you also have experience in the consulting role or change management - but above all we value your willingness to develop and contribute together with the team. We attach great importance to your personal qualities and are looking for you who are curious, unprestigious and like to collaborate with others.
