Role Summary

• You will develop innovative big data solutions together with our customers and accompany them from the initial strategy to successful implementation
• The development, optimization and scaling of modern big data architectures and platforms is in your hands
• You will be responsible for managing complex (sub-)projects in the areas of data engineering, advanced analytics and AI and bringing them to success
• With your eye for new topics and trends, you will actively shape our consulting portfolio and support pre-sales
• You promote the exchange of knowledge and the further development of our big data portfolio within the company
• In interdisciplinary teams, you act as a role model and support colleagues in their development

Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our customers and your project situation - you work throughout Germany in our offices, at the customer's site and from home

Requirements

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, mathematics, natural sciences, technology (MINT) or comparable training
• Many years of experience in the conception and development of big data solutions as well as in-depth expertise in building and operating powerful, scalable big data platforms
• In-depth knowledge of modern big data technologies and platforms (e.g. Databricks, Cloudera, Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Azure Data Services, Fabric)
• Very good knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g. Python, Scala, Java)
• Experience in the public sector is an advantage
• Communication and consulting skills, innovative spirit and entrepreneurial thinking
• Experience in business development, e.g. B. by developing new offers, pre-sales or thought leadership
• Very good knowledge of German (from C1 level) as well as good knowledge of English round off your profile
