Senior Azure DevOps and Governance Analyst

Role Summary

We are looking for a professional to work on the support and governance of the Azure DevOps platform, ensuring its availability, continuous evolution and support for development teams. You will work on the team of a leading company in the production and sale of steel, which produces solutions for the country's main industrial challenges and will be responsible for managing the environment, implementing improvements, serving users and supporting governance practices related to the software development cycle.

What will be a differentiator

Experience in software development governance.

Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban).

Experience with integration between Azure DevOps, databases and BI tools.

Knowledge of Azure Cloud.

Experience with DevOps process automation

In this team, you will have the opportunity to

• Azure DevOps Governance and Administration Administer and maintain the Azure DevOps platform.
• Configure and evolve internal development processes.
• Create and maintain custom fields and process templates.
• Manage capacity and team settings.
• Manage users, groups, profiles and permissions.
• Assess, validate, and install Azure DevOps extensions.
• Create and configure new pipelines.
• Support teams in configuring and organizing repositories.
• Correct inconsistencies in registration and completion of processes.
• Develop queries and support information extraction for analysis and monitoring.

Power BI and Governance Metrics

• Develop and customize dashboards and reports in Power BI.
• Define indicators (KPIs) and monitoring metrics.
• Create formulas and business rules for performance monitoring.
• Apply visual and corporate governance standards.
• Configure workspaces, credentials and access.
• Support integrations between Azure DevOps, ePower BI databases.
• Monitor activities related to data loads and automations.
• Provide training on the use of dashboards and indicators.

Team Support and Training

• Provide functional and technical support to Azure DevOps users.
• Conduct training on Azure DevOps and platform usage practices.
• Support teams in the adoption and use of development mats.
• Provide guidance on configuring and using Boards.
• Configure layouts, columns, fields, cards and workflows.
• Assist in defining templates and good practices for agile management.

Requirements

• What we expect from you for this position
• Experience with AzureDevOps administration and support.
• Knowledge of Azure Pipelines, Repos, Boards and Artifacts.
• Management of users, groups and permissions.
• Creation and maintenance of customized processes.
• Experience with Power BI to create dashboards and indicators.
• Knowledge of queries, extractions and data analysis.
• Ability to provide training and provide support to users.
