Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced and passionate senior ADAS software engineer to join our core autonomous driving team. You will focus on the development of key functions in advanced driver assistance systems, including traffic sign recognition (TSR) and high-precision map-based electronic horizon (EHP/EHR) modules. You will have the opportunity to participate in industry-leading intelligent driving projects and contribute key forces to the safety and intelligence of next-generation vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the algorithm design, software development, integration and performance optimization of the traffic sign recognition (TSR) function in the advanced driver assistance system (ADAS).
- Lead or core participate in the development and maintenance of map-related modules such as Electronic Horizon Provider (EHP) and Electronic Horizon Reconstructor (EHR) to ensure that map data can accurately and efficiently support upper-layer applications.
- Use languages such as C++ and Python to write high-performance, high-reliability code, and follow the team's coding standards and development processes.
- Integrate and debug TSR functions and electronic horizon modules with other vehicle systems (such as perception, planning, and control) to solve technical problems encountered during the integration process.
- Participate in the formulation of functional test plans, analyze and solve problems encountered during development, testing and mass production.
- Write and maintain relevant technical documents, such as design documents, interface documents, etc., to ensure the accumulation and inheritance of knowledge.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as algorithms, testing, and system engineers to ensure projects are delivered on time and with high quality.
Requirements
Basic requirements
- Bachelor degree or above in computer science, software engineering, automation, electronic information or related majors.
- More than 3 years of experience in ADAS or autonomous driving related software development.
- Have solid experience in traffic sign recognition (TSR) function development and be familiar with its complete process from image processing to recognition output.
- Applicants with actual project development experience in Electronic Horizon (EHP/EHR) related technologies and familiarity with ADASIS v2/v3 standards will be given priority.
- Proficient in C++ (11/14/17 or later), with good object-oriented design and programming capabilities.
- Familiar with Python and can be used for rapid prototyping, data processing or automated test scripting.
- Have good problem analysis and solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork spirit.
Bonus points
- Applicants with experience in development and performance optimization on embedded platforms (such as NVIDIA Xavier/Orin, Qualcomm Snapdragon Ride, etc.) will be preferred.
- Applicants familiar with the AUTOSAR architecture and ISO 26262 functional safety standard will be given priority.
- Familiar with the Linux development environment and proficient in using Git, CMake, Docker and other development tools.
- Applicants with in-depth knowledge of NDS, HD-Map and other map formats will be given priority.
- Applicants with experience in developing other ADAS functions (such as LKA, ACC, AEB) will be given priority.
