SEA & Thailand FP&A Manager

Role Summary

Lead Financial Performance & Planning: Oversee P&L and working capital management across Southeast Asia, driving budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning to deliver robust financial strategies and actionable insights to senior leadership.

Drive Strategic Investment Decisions: Evaluate business cases, optimize resource allocation, and enable data-driven decision-making through performance reviews and scenario modelling to maximize ROI and profitability.

Build & Develop Finance Capabilities: Lead regional FP&A teams, strengthen cross-functional partnerships, and enhance finance capabilities through coaching and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

University degree. Accounting, Economics, Business or Finance or equivalent experience

• 10+ years of experience in FP&A / commercial finance (FMCG preferred)
• Regional SEA exposure with multi-country stakeholder management
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication and influencing skills
• Sound knowledge of Excel + Ability to handle large data
