Role Summary

Scrum masters help organizations and teams move forward using agile methodologies. As a scrum master, you take charge with confidence and create more opportunities to use your original thinking. Communication with all stakeholders is essential, both in your own interactions and in facilitating those of others on your team. Your goal is to promote collaboration and keep your team productive. You have an eye for detail, the means to motivate and a talent for making problems disappear. In your daily work you will have plenty of opportunities to demonstrate your skills in team coordination and managing the workload that comes with it.

Requirements

• You have at least a completed HBO education;
• You are certified as a scrum master;
• You have at least 2 years of work experience as a scrum master;
• You have an excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written;
• You have experience in designing and facilitating sessions for teams, including new methodologies such as liberating structures, sociocracy or management 3.0;
• You are able to identify opportunities to support both customers and colleagues at Sopra Steria;
• You can convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
• You have experience with complex environments and making teams successful within that context;

Experience in a scaled agile environment is an advantage.
