Role Summary

Your responsibility includes the heart of the JYSK store, i.e. the warehouse. You are also an excellent salesperson and customer service person.

SALESMAN/LOGISTICS MANAGER JOB AT JYSK

Your varied and busy working days consist of work in the warehouse and in the store: you receive, shelve and unload goods, you take care of warehouse and customer orders, you take care of the work safety and cleanliness of the warehouse, you train your colleagues to work in a safe work environment.

In addition, you also do and are responsible for the sales result, customer service, cashier work and other store maintenance tasks.

You implement the JYSK service concept in your work: you are ready to serve our customers when your shift starts, you act expertly and you sell the best solutions to customers.

You are responsible for the store's goals together with the rest of the team.

The work is very physical, and thousands of steps of beneficial exercise are accumulated every day.

Responsibilities

• You have the motivation to work both in the warehouse and with sales work on the store side, as well as achieve results and the will to exceed expectations.
• You are proactive, self-sufficient and have good communication skills.
• You get the whole team excited about the cleanliness, safety and maintenance of the warehouse, this is how you make work in the store go smoothly.
• You tolerate incompleteness because there is a lot to do and you can't always finish everything at once.
• You also want to sell and succeed every shift. You are energetic and courageous, you boldly go out to meet every customer in the store.
• You are at your best in a busy and fast-paced environment. You like fast-paced work and surprising tasks in the middle of the shift.
• You get energy from teamwork and exceeding your own goals.
• You are flexible both in terms of tasks and working hours and working hours. Work is done variedly in different shifts in the morning, evening and weekends.

Salary according to the shop's collective agreement

• Understanding the employer's operating instructions and acting in direct customer service contact require good written and oral Finnish language skills from the applicant selected for the position.
