Salesforce Senior Architect

Role Summary

We are looking for Salesforce Senior Architects to join our team. This role includes:

Define the global technical vision of the Salesforce programs.

Lead the Architecture Review Board (ARB).

Make strategic Make-vs-Buy decisions.

Design the scalability and resilience strategy.

Establish data governance at the organizational level.

Prepare the 3-year technical roadmap.

Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders in different departments and technology providers when required by the project.

+7 years of experience in Salesforce (4 or more as an Architect on complex projects).

CTA certification (desirable) or System Architect + Application Architect.

Leadership of Salesforce programs in LATAM.

CTA Board Domains.

Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (TOGAF/Zachman).

Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure).

Einstein AI applied to the insurance sector.

API-first and FinOps strategy.

Language knowledge will be valued.
