Role Summary

HBX Group is the world’s leading technology partner, connecting and empowering the world of travel. We’re game-changers, disruptors, the people who bring together local and global brands in accommodation, transport, activities and payments through our network of 300,000 hotels worldwide, 60,000 hard to reach high value clients such as tour operators, travel agents and loyalty schemes across 140 source markets. We are tech-driven, with a customer-first philosophy, and commercial teams whose knowledge and relationships on the ground are second to none. And of course we have an amazing team! Our people, Team HBX Group , are the beating heart of the company who we encourage to ‘move fast, dream big and make the difference’ every day. In fact, we believe that it is tech + data + people that truly sets us apart in the market, alongside our ‘global approach, local touch’ mentality. We’re headquartered in Palma, Mallorca and employ around 3,500 people worldwide.

The Product Manager Salesforce is responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining and evolving Salesforce as Roiback’s customer-centric commercial operating system , ensuring that Marketing, Acquisition, Customer Success, Service Desk, Growth and Finance operate through connected, automated and reliable processes.

The role combines hands-on Salesforce implementation, database and data quality management, process automation, AI-enabled Salesforce tools and business understanding across the full customer lifecycle — from prospecting to customer growth and churn prevention.

Without this role, Roiback would lack the internal technical and operational capability required to further evolve Salesforce as a customer-centric commercial operating system, enabling the full customer lifecycle across Marketing, Acquisition, Customer Success, Service Desk and Growth

  • Strong understanding of the end-to-end customer lifecycle, from prospecting and lead qualification to onboarding, account management, growth and churn prevention.
  • Strong customer-centric mindset, with the ability to design CRM processes around customer visibility, adoption, retention and growth.
  • Ability to translate business problems into Salesforce solutions, workflows and automated processes.
  • Understanding of AI-enabled Salesforce tools, automation opportunities and system integrations.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, with ability to connect process, data and business outcomes.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple requests, priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills to work with business and technical stakeholders
  • Appreciation of risk management, especially around financial reporting, legal, compliance and data governance.

English proficient: minimum level B2 / fluent Spanish

About the Company

About HBX Group

HBX Group is a leading B2B TravelTech ecosystem, connecting and empowering businesses across the global travel industry. Through our cloud-based technology platforms, we provide fast, reliable access to a diverse portfolio of travel products and services. Leveraging technology, data, and market intelligence, we help connect travel supply and demand at scale across the world.

As we continue to grow our Mobility & Experiences division, we are looking for a Platform Engineer to join the Infrastructure Team supporting our Car Rental Platform — a high-performance, low-latency integration system connecting supplier and distribution partners worldwide.

In this role, you will take ownership of the cloud infrastructure that underpins millions of travel transactions. You will work across the full breadth of the platform stack — compute, networking, databases, observability, and delivery pipelines — as part of a small, autonomous team where initiative and accountability matter more than process.

How We Work

Fully remote, distributed team.

Small team, low bureaucracy, direct impact on the platform.

Agile practices: CI for environment builds, Kanban, automation-first mindset.

DevOps culture — you build it, you run it, you improve it.

On-call shared across the team; incidents are learning opportunities, not blame games.

Ownership over meaningful, business-critical infrastructure.

Variety — you won't be pigeonholed into one domain.
