Salesforce Developer

Role Summary

We are looking for Salesforce Developers to join our Salesforce team, which is in the process of expansion. In this position, we expect you to be able to:

Develop and customize applications in Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components and Flows.

Collaborate on Salesforce configuration, including the creation of objects, custom fields, validation rules, and automations.

Integrate Salesforce with other systems through APIs and integration tools.

Participate in the analysis of requirements and the implementation of solutions aligned with business needs.

Create and maintain technical documentation on the developments carried out.

Perform testing, debugging and improvements to the code to ensure the correct functioning of the implemented solutions.

Provide support to users and resolve incidents related to Salesforce.

3 or more years of experience in Salesforce development.

Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components and SOQL.

Familiarity with Salesforce setup (objects, workflows, automated processes).

Knowledge of systems integration through REST/SOAP APIs.

Experience in Banking/Insurance implementation and maintenance projects will be positively valued.

Analysis and problem solving skills.

Ability to work as a team and communicate effectively.

Salesforce Certification (desirable).

Good level of English.
