For our store in Hamburg Eppendorf we are now looking for a sales team leader (m/f/d) full-time or part-time from 30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Shift leader / group leader / department manager in sales
• Shift planning and task coordination
• Motivation and inspiration of the team
• Monitoring inventory
• Cashier activities
• Compliance with order and cleanliness standards

Requirements

• Experience in retail, catering or comparable
• First management experience
• Motivating personality
• Enjoy dealing with people
• Friendliness and reliability
