Sales Panel Builders Engineer

Role Summary

Mission

Ensure sales coverage of the territory of responsibility and ensure technical commercial support to customers of plant engineers-installers-panel builders in the Tuscany Commercial Area (Livorno, Pisa Massa, La Spezia), effectively orienting their technical choices and purchases towards the offer of Schneider Electric products/solutions. Supervise the point of sale reference figures (technical office, estimates, branch managers and sales force). Guarantee the achievement of the assigned sales target, implementing the policies and commercial initiatives of the plant engineers-installers-panel builders customers and guaranteeing an adequate information flow.

Responsibilities

• You will be the distribution contact for indirect customers in the assigned territory.
• You will be the reference for Indirect portfolio customers with the objective of customer saturation and cross selling by proposing the entire Schneider offer
• In collaboration with the distributor, you will have to identify new potential customers and opportunities
• You will have to increase and animate the relationship with the key figures at the distributor's point of sale.
• Define training needs at points of sale and ensure customer participation.
