WHAT DOES YOUR NEXT JOB INCLUDES?

According to the JYSK values, you ensure that your branches are 100% focused on sales and customers

You can achieve this through regular branch visits, where you make the difference through targeted communication, individual leadership and regular coaching of your teams

Through motivation and best practice exchange between the branches, you ensure that your branch managers are best prepared to achieve their key figures and develop them positively

You ensure that your branches implement the branch concepts and routines and continually monitor this

You develop and train your branch managers in the topics of performance management and leadership, among other things, in order to ensure the best teams in your branches

During a 6 to 9-month training period, as a sales manager/district manager trainee, you will be prepared for the varied position as a future sales manager through practical training and on-the-job training.

Requirements

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING?

• You have already gained experience in leading, motivating and developing a team, even at a distance
• You have a feel for talent and want to support and develop them on their career path
• You are results-oriented and have the absolute will and drive to constantly improve your results
• You plan and prioritize your working day independently
• You are used to working conceptually, take the initiative and solve tasks and challenges independently
• You have drive, are communicative and therefore create a positive and appreciative work environment
• You know how to complete tasks and keep a cool head even in intense situations
• You have very good knowledge of German (at least C1) both spoken and written
