Role Summary

• Management of sales employees in the sales area (Sales Manager (f/m/div.), Junior Sales Manager (f/m/div.), Specialist Planner (f/m/div.)
• Participation in the creation and implementation of the business plan (AE, TNS, EBIT) for the sales area
• Development and implementation of the sales strategy
• Systematic customer, market and competition observation including deriving measures
• Ensuring market share gain in the area
• Systematic increase in the level of awareness of Bosch Security Systems GmbH in the area
• Cross-regional exchange of best practice approaches
• Innovative further development of the sales team

Requirements

• Education: You can demonstrate a completed technical or commercial degree or comparable training
• Experience and know-how: Ideally, you have knowledge of security technology.
• Qualifications: You have several years of professional experience in a sales organization.
• Personality and way of working: You are a convincing leader with strong communication skills. Her way of working is structured, analytical and conceptual.
• Enthusiasm: You are characterized by your high focus on results and the future.
