Sales Assistant - Oporto Clerigos - 10h

Role Summary

SANDRO is looking for a Sales Assistant (part-time, 10 hours on weekends) for the new Clérigos store, in Porto, starting in September 2026. As brand ambassador, the Sales Assistant will perform the following functions:

• SALES
• Ensure a high level of customer service, exceeding customer expectations and demonstrating excellent knowledge of SANDRO's product, history and values
• Advise clients according to trends in the fashion world and the evolution of the mid-luxury market, demonstrating a passion for fashion
• Receive and serve a demanding clientele
• Build customer loyalty by providing appropriate and personalized advice
• Contribute to the development of our brand image, providing a unique and personalized service
• Increase revenue, valuing our products
• Achieve personal and store goals through in-depth knowledge of the collection and customers
• MERCHANDISING
• Organize the sales and product area, respecting company guidelines
• Ensure visual standards are market leading
• Carry out visual merchandising of our collections, in accordance with the guidelines provided by the company and the store manager
• OPERATIONS
• Work as a team to ensure excellent store management
• Help with inventory management and deliveries

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Assistant in the high-end ready-to-wear sector
• Passion for fashion and good knowledge of the sector and its trends
• High level of customer service and business sense
• Careful presentation and excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills
• Good stress management, flexibility and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Fluent English
