Role Summary

We are looking for a candidate who

  • Is able to look at the factory layout and see potential for optimization,
  • Works proactively and moves freely in teamwork - both with operators and foreign partners (including Switzerland, Bosch Global),
  • Knows tools such as: MES, ERP (preferably SAP or Axapta), AutoCAD (basic level),
  • Is able to analyze efficiency indicators (e.g. OEE) and machine-human cycles,
  • Proficient in using MS Office, especially Excel,
  • Communicates freely in English - both orally and in writing,
  • He has a higher technical education and a category B driving license,

He has an open attitude, willingness to share knowledge and develop common work standards.

Responsibilities

In this position you will be responsible for

  • analysis of ergonomics of workstations (Ergo Check),
  • defining work standards on production lines,
  • organizing training for engineers, leaders and operators,
  • control the balance of production lines,
  • supervision over the factory layout,
  • defining and controlling cycle times in the MES system,
  • MES system administration,
  • cooperation with the production department in terms of improvements and cost reduction,
  • supervision of technological routes,
  • production capacity planning,
  • support for engineering projects implemented in the branch in Switzerland,

participation in creating a continuous improvement system.

Requirements

We are looking for a person with at least 2 years of experience as an Industrial or Process Engineer in a production environment. If you have this practice – we are on the right track.
