Responsibilities

  • Creation and ongoing maintenance of a feasible production plan.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely and effective implementation of the production plan.
  • Identifying potential deviations from the assumed goals and taking corrective actions and preparing recovery plans.
  • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) in the planning area and initiating actions aimed at their continuous improvement.
  • Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and minimizing the company's risks and liabilities.
  • Cooperation with other company departments to ensure efficient implementation of plans and deliveries.
  • Compliance with the company's procedures, security rules and internal policies.
  • Performing other tasks related to the function performed, in accordance with the needs of the organization.

Requirements

  • Very good knowledge of ERP/MRP systems.
  • 1-2 years of professional experience in the area of materials management, production planning or related fields.
  • Advanced knowledge of computer operation and tools and systems used in a business environment.
  • Ability to analyze data and plan material requirements and production capacity.
  • Ability to create and monitor production plans.
  • Ability to analyze problems and take appropriate corrective actions.
  • Well-developed communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Ability to independently solve problems and make decisions based on available data.
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations and apply basic principles of algebra and geometry.
  • Very good work organization, independence and responsibility for the implementation of assigned tasks.
  • Ability to work with documentation, procedures and instructions.
  • Bachelor's/Engineering + 2 years of professional experience or Master's degree with no experience required, or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience.
  • An equivalent combination of education, training and professional experience is also acceptable

About the Company

How will you make an impact?

The Quality Supervisor for DHR and Inspection is under the direction of the QA Manager. They will continue maintaining high quality standards of the product inspection and final release process and compliance with regulatory requirements, administer Quality Assurance support to Quality Operations of a complex site and/or demanding compliance profile, and directly supervise Quality inspectors, and Final Release (DHR) employees. Works with Quality Technicians and Quality Engineers for day to day activities supporting all Production Cells and Supplier quality (Operating Companies) at the site has adequate quality support, documentation review, and support projects, process and new product introductions or upgrading of existing processes and products and subsequent qualifications.
