Responsibilities

• Building and maintaining a strong customer portfolio in your region
• Carrying out virtual sales consultations and presenting technical solutions
• Development and implementation of commercial strategies together with our distribution partners
• Promote digital programs and support product launches
• Conducting webinars, online demos and training - digitally and occasionally on site
• Coordination of regional sales campaigns and close collaboration with internal teams
• Maintenance of customer data in CRM and analysis of market and competition information

Requirements

• Technical training in the field of electrical engineering or energy, supplemented by commercial qualifications is an advantage
• Experience with electrical installations or energy systems
• Digital affinity and confident use of CRM systems, MS Office and virtual tools
• Strong communication skills, negotiation skills and customer orientation
• Independent, structured and proactive way of working
• Fluent knowledge of German and Italian, English is an advantage
