Together, we break through – as regional manager (all genders) Eye Care for the northern region: Münster, Hanover, Hamburg, Berlin

You are an inspiring team lead

Leading, motivating and inspiring your high-performing team in your region is one of your main tasks

Implementation of our local sales and marketing strategy with the focus on further building and expanding our successful business relationships with existing and new customers

Regular on-site coaching and joint KPI assessments together with your team are your top priority in order to further sharpen your team's personal and business-relevant skills

You have the skills and know-how to recognize and realize potential and further strengthen the region and constantly expand our market shares

Close exchange and coordination with other commercial teams and participation in the development and implementation of the local strategy together with the local brand team

  • Personal participation in events and congresses in the region and nationally as a representative of AbbVie
  • You keep an eye on your sales figures and work on continuous optimization:
  • You have responsibility and control for your regional cost budget

Preparation of a monthly market report for the sales and marketing areas to analyze the market and bring together market/competitor/product information as well as feedback for the internal strategy

Sales analysis and monitoring in the assigned region in order to react adequately to market movements

Requirements

Successfully completed university degree in natural sciences, pharmaceutical sales training or required expertise in accordance with Section 75 of the Medicines Act

  • You have several years of management experience in medical field sales and ideally in the field of ophthalmology
  • The topic of omnichannel management is no stranger to you and you have already had your first experiences with the topic of transformation and change
  • Confident handling of MS Office products, especially Excel and CRM systems (SAP, Veeva, etc.)
  • You are a strong communicator and have a factual and clear way of arguing
  • Your way of working is highly process-, solution- and goal-oriented and characterized by a high level of networking skills
  • You have experience in leading teams and the ability to convince and inspire those around you
  • You can communicate confidently in German and English, both verbally and in writing
