Position example

■Administrative Assistant/Office Support/Team meeting support (meetings and 1:1 settings/updates, arranging refreshments, etc.) - Data entry, data management (mainly using Excel) - New member acceptance support, ID applications, congratulations and condolence arrangements, etc. - Document creation, organization, management, printing, internal department equipment management, purchasing, receiving and distributing courier deliveries (heavy items can be just received)

■General affairs/administration (data creation, etc.), facility management (office maintenance, equipment replenishment, etc.), general affairs service center (inquiry response, equipment lending, etc.), support for one-off operations handled by the general affairs department, participation in meetings for related operations.

■Digital marketing department/secretariat work (25%): Responding to inquiries from MRs, the head office, and doctors (as a general rule only by email) - Operational management of owned media and related channels (25%) Registration/management of member information, Web and iPad (CLM) content posting, email (Approved Email) testing/actual distribution/stopping

・Aggregation work (10%) Aggregation of consent obtained by email, etc., aggregation of web lecture survey results ・Dashboard production support for digital measures (40%) Data collection, cleansing, aggregation support

R&D Process Engineering Organization, a part of AbbVie’s Development Sciences organization, is responsible for designing and developing scalable processes to make drug substances and drug products, including synthetics molecules, antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) and genetic medicines, throughout pre-clinical and clinical development stages. Process Engineering also partners with Biologics CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) Development and Aesthetics R&D functions to provide active engineering support to enable robust process scale-up and manufacturing of biologics drug substances and drug products including toxins and cosmetic active ingredients (CAIs). It drives the development of innovative engineering technologies and creates valuable intellectual property through the composition of matter and chemical/bio-chemical processes resulting in cost-effective commercial manufacturing processes for quality products.
