The Quality Technician (Assembly) located in Guadalajara Norte B7

Here are some examples of the activities you will be carrying out:- First piece releases (FAI) and basic studies such as CPK/PPK when applicable, in accordance with metrology procedures

• Detect, identify and contain non-compliant product, segregating it and notifying Quality / Production.
• Inspect input product, in process and finished product according to plans, visual criteria and quality plans.

(Dimensional, visual, functional).

• Production support, clarifying quality criteria, acceptable defects and visual standards
• Participate in containment actions, rework and 100% inspections when there are leaks or RMA
• Lead a team of quality personnel dedicated to inspection and quality control within the assembly area
• Support internal or client audits, showing evidence, records and compliant product.
• Maintain order and control of measurement tools and inspection areas
• Ensure produced parts meet defined quality criteria.
