Product Analysis & Remanufacturing Technician

Role Summary

Responsible for the identification, analysis and configuration of components in accordance with applicable production standards and specifications, ensuring their functionality, traceability and compliance with quality requirements. The position provides technical support to remanufacturing processes through failure analysis, component review, interpretation of technical documentation, and coordination of special disassembly activities.

Responsibilities

• Perform reflash and configuration of components according to the model and corresponding specifications.
• Analyze errors identified in test stations, determine possible causes and provide support for the implementation of corrective actions.
• Verify traceability and product components, ensuring compliance with quality standards and production requirements.
• Consult SAP and BOMs to validate components and functional characteristics of the product.
• Interpret and compare drawings and technical documentation to identify differences between models and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Review and propose appropriate tools to carry out disassembly processes safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate special disassembly activities, including the organization of resources, assignment of activities and monitoring compliance with procedures.
• Provide technical support in activities related to remanufacturing components and assemblies (REMAN).

Requirements

• Completed Bachelor's or Engineering degree.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing, processes, product, quality or related technical areas.
• Knowledge of SAP and BOM consultation.
• Ability to interpret drawings and technical documentation.
• Knowledge of failure analysis and diagnosis.
• Knowledge of manufacturing, assembly, product and traceability processes.
• Knowledge of quality and product development tools such as FMEA, DOE, PPAP and APQP.
• English B2 desirable.
• Analysis and problem solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Responsibility, proactivity, adaptability and results orientation.
