The Program Lasting 2 (two) years, and exclusively for undergraduate students, our internship program was developed for those seeking growth and who want to evolve with us. We want people with the energy to move the world!
The quality intern's main activities will be implementing improvements focused on quality, supporting quality action plans, productivity and supporting the organization's departments. Monitor and control documentation updates in the areas.
Strategy and improvement
- Focus on PDCA (continuous improvement);
- Support quality control activities and production processes;
Responsibilities
- Management of project non-conformities and lessons learned;
- Monitoring the quality portal with documentation relevant to the areas;
- Support in improvement actions that reflect productivity with a high quality index;
- Know and provide support with GE internal tools (Smartsheet, Andon, Worflow, Gensuite...);
- Carry out improvement actions using AI and Power BI;
- Support in the creation of standard procedures for carrying out sector activities, respecting qualitative aspects;
Requirements
- Studying higher education in engineering (electronics, production and quality) ADM with training from December/2028;
- Analytical profile;
- Advanced English;
- Intermediate Excel;
- Experience with AI and Power BI;
- Good interpersonal relationships;
- Proactivity;
- Agility in decision making;
- Accountability;
- Internship in a hybrid model during business hours (6 hours a day with 1 hour lunch).
Desirable
- Creativity and curiosity to learn new methodologies;
- Intermediate Spanish;
- Advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of problem solving/quality tools.
