Role Summary

Responsibilities
Main function
Verify and ensure that products comply with quality and safety standards from the material receipt stage and throughout all stages of the production process.
Essential Features
- A. Interpretation of plans and work instructions.
- B. Monitor the processes and ensure compliance with them.
- C. Approve or reject products with respect to specifications and quality standards.
- D. Verify processes using appropriate methods (dimension measurement, test functionality, comparison with specifications, etc.).
- E. Use basic measurement tools (gauge, fixtures, calipers), etc.
- F. Maintain records of tests, information, number of defective products (etc.) and the applicable provision.
- G. Apply input and production cycle inspection procedures and ensure efficiency and compliance with standards.
- H. Ensure compliance with the requirements and specifications of receipt material and devices.
- I. Prepare, communicate and follow up on daily reports.
- J. Work with multifunctional teams: Operational excellence, production, Engineering and Manufacturing.
- K. Contribute with ideas for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Specialized knowledge
- A. Interm.
- B. Education: completed secondary school.
- C. 2 to 3 years of experience in inspection and/or audit areas.
- D. Use measurement and testing tools (gauge, fixtures, calipers, vernier) etc. Knowledge of basic Microsoft office.
