  • Perform thorough manual testing to validate new features, assess release readiness, and ensure an outstanding user experience.
  • Investigate, reproduce, and help troubleshoot product quality issues to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Development, and other cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality and timely releases.
  • Review and validate product functionality before production releases.
  • Verify software updates, bug fixes, and patches to ensure quality and stability.

Requirements

What You Need to Succeed

  • 3+ years of QA experience in both automation and manual testing, including 2+ years in manual testing of complex web applications across multiple platforms for customer-facing products.
  • Experience with Testim.io and Playwright - big advantage.
  • Familiarity with QA methodologies and writing test documentation.
  • Experience with DevTools (Console, Network).
  • Experience with databases (SQL).
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and the client-server model.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on the bigger picture.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with the ability to take a task from definition to completion.
  • Highly independent and proactive, with the ability to identify what needs to be done and drive it forward.
  • A hands-on team player who takes initiative, cares deeply about the product, and is willing to go the extra mile to get things done.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent English - writing and speaking.
