Proposal Specialist

Proposal Specialist at Schneider Electric in Blumenau, Brazil.

Responsibilities

• Analysis of customer specifications to prepare and consolidate proposals, cost composition, negotiations with sub-suppliers, cash flow analysis, analysis of risks and opportunities inherent to the project, consolidation of macro schedules;
• Analysis of alternative solutions aiming at technical and commercial optimizations meeting customer needs;
• Support the sales team in defining the commercial strategy;
• Interface with the areas of sales, product marketing, engineering and project management, purchasing, controlling and taxes;
• Request internal approvals of proposals from the main stakeholders, in accordance with the company's guidelines and processes;
• Conducting technical and commercial meetings with clients and field visits to prepare proposals;
• Update opportunities on our opportunities platform;
• Transfer of projects to the execution team after the sale is made

Requirements

• Training in Electrical Engineering
• Solid experience with budgets for electrical distribution solutions, low and medium voltage panels, primary and secondary solutions, etc. - being responsible for managing, consulting and/or negotiating product/service offers with external customers
• Experience in preparing technical and commercial proposals
• Experience with selection and application of products for generation, transmission and distribution market segments, Industries, Mining, Oil and Gas, Data Centers, etc.
• Sufficient knowledge to analyze distribution single-lines from medium voltage to low voltage
• Knowledge of fees and taxes
• Negotiation skills
• Intermediate/Advanced English
• Intermediate/Advanced Spanish

Location: Blumenau-SC (100% in person)
