Projektmanager Pharma / Healthcare (m/w/d)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (m/f/d) Pharma / Healthcare in a permanent position for an owner-managed healthcare and pharmaceutical agency in Berlin.

You can expect a collegial environment with short decision-making processes, a high level of personal responsibility and a long-term perspective. You work on communication and marketing projects for customers from pharmaceuticals, healthcare and healthcare.

Responsibilities

• As a project manager (m/f/d) Pharma / Healthcare, you are responsible for the support and management of demanding customer projects in the healthcare sector.
• You coordinate integrated communication and marketing measures, are the central contact for your customers and ensure that projects are implemented in a structured, timely and high quality manner.
• You will work closely with creation, consulting and other internal and external partners and keep an eye on timing, budgets, resources and quality standards at all times.

Your tasks at a glance

• Independent management of healthcare, pharmaceutical and communication projects
• Advice and support for customers from pharmaceuticals, healthcare and healthcare
• Planning, coordination and implementation of integrated marketing and communication measures
• Control multiple projects at the same time
• Responsible for timings, budgets, resources and project quality
• Creation and control of briefings
• Coordination of internal teams and external service providers
• Coordination with different contact persons and stakeholders on the customer side
• Ensuring a smooth project process from planning to implementation

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in project management, account management or customer consulting
• Professional experience in an agency or a comparable communications environment
• Experience or in-depth connection to pharmaceuticals, healthcare, medtech or health communication
• Confident handling of complex projects and different stakeholders
• Experience in managing multiple projects in parallel
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
• Confident appearance towards customers and internal teams
• German at native language level as well as very good written and spoken English skills
