Role Description The Projects Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of landscaping projects from inception to completion. This role manages project timelines, budgets, and resources, coordinating closely with internal teams, suppliers, and external stakeholders such as designers, architects, and contractors. Day-to-day tasks include scheduling and expediting materials, supervising site activities, monitoring quality and safety standards, and ensuring compliance with project specifications. The Projects Manager will also handle logistics planning, risk mitigation, progress reporting, and issue resolution to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the required quality.

• QualificationsStrong communication and stakeholder management skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.
• Project management skills, including experience in Project Management and Expediting.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools for scheduling, reporting, and documentation.
• Relevant experience in construction, landscaping, or horticulture projects; along with prior experience in the UAE.
• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, horticulture, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A valid UAE Driving License is a mandatory requirement for the position.
