Role Summary

Design and Bid

• Charter preparation and support during quoting stage of a project up to and including Hand-over to execution team.
• Technical support for bid design: request for quotation from internal/external supplies.
• Data quality such that Eaton tools (C360, dashboards, other trackers) are aligned and up to date
• Direct quotes where indicated for standardized offers.

Responsibilities

Responsible for contributing to operational and support activities.

Project execution

• Support Project Management teams by maintaining Project charter data (sync with local ERP)
• Projects report generation
• Support revenue forecast calculation.

Other Project Support

• Documentation support such as: approval and comments follow-up with customer, internal and external suppliers. Ensure certificates and access

info coordination (EHS, IDs)

• Backoffice support for live projects (e.g. inputting data into customer systems, checking against objectives.
• Other duties as required including special assignments (e.g. actual live site coordination)
• Responsible for recording accuratley the productive hours for project execution team (PM, Eng)
• Provide weekly visibility of tasks status, Projects risk and opportunities and team utilization.
• Enable and ensure project documentation traceability (SIS Document Management System update) and internal/external distribution (incl. customer portal update when needed). Project documentation may include technical information (drawings, test results), financial docs (invoices, payment applications) and other admin documents (training certificates, IDs, EHS audit reports)
• Customer Project report and manuals compilation (Operation & manual, Safety instructions, FMEA...)
• Work breakdown structure definition for opportunities (baseline for hand-over form) early enough in opportunity development process within Design and Bid team.
• Hand-over form preparation to support Sales team, Design and Bid engineer and assigned Project Manager.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering

Few years experience in project execution/technical support

Skills

• Proficient computer skills, especially with Microsoft Office products (PowerBI highly desirable)
• Ability to quickly learn new IT systems (e.g. ERPs) and platforms; SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Capable to learn and understand basic electrical power systems and Eaton products
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Can do attitude and interest in learning and growing, taking on new challenges
• Structured approach to problem solving
• Meticulous and careful in works
• Right to work and freely travel in EU
