Responsibilities
What will be the content of your work?
- You will represent the client during the entire project process and communicate everything important with him
- We entrust you with the management of construction projects during the preparatory, permitting and implementation phases
- You will also be in charge of the overall supervision of the project in terms of quality, deadline and prices
- You will supervise compliance with the client's standards and requirements in preparation and during implementation
- You will take care of checking individual stages of project documentation and finding suitable technical and construction-architectural solutions
- You will be responsible for the preparation, organization and evaluation of tenders
- You will regularly supervise the quality of construction work and lead construction inspection days
- You will lead the project team and external suppliers
- There will also be cooperation with other teams within the company
Requirements
High school or university education in construction
You have at least 3 years of experience in project management, on a construction site as a construction manager or as a responsible designer and author supervisor
- You can communicate in spoken and written English (at least at B2 level)
- Fluent knowledge of the Czech language is a requirement, English at least at B2 level
- You have an excellent command of MS Office applications and a user-friendly command of AutoCAD
- You are not afraid to communicate, make decisions, and you are not afraid of a problem
- Organization and systematicity are not foreign concepts to you
- You are positive and like to work both independently and in a team
- It is suitable if you have a driver's license sk. B and you drive actively
- It will not be a problem for you to go to the head office in Prague from time to time (in the beginning it will be necessary for you to go more often)
