Role Summary

JOB CONTENT

• implementation of the assigned project according to the project calculation, contract and time schedule
• Priority focus on the customer
• manage a multidisciplinary project team throughout the entire project cycle from a-z
• serve as a proactive leader/problem solver to resolve complex issues and situations as they arise
• solve multi-complex technical problems - and lead and manage multi-disciplinary, highly specialized project teams, working in foreign organizational networks (during the project implementation phase)
• active purchase support in the creation and revision of detailed technical specifications for subcontractor and supplier shipments
• management of project documentation, managerial reporting
• cooperation with the purchasing department in the provision of subcontracts within the project
• cooperation with the design department in creating a technical solution for the order
• communication with the customer and subcontractor during the project
• cooperation with the sales department in obtaining orders

Requirements

WE REQUIRE

• University education in mechanical engineering / industrial engineering
• fluent English min. B2 is a must, German or other languages an advantage
• previous experience with project management in the engineering industry min. 3-5 years
• interest in working especially on foreign projects
• valid PMP certification is a big advantage
• Interpersonal and communication skills along with proven leadership skills in creating cohesive and motivated project teams
• able to communicate with all members of the organization in a professional, calm, helpful and courteous manner
• high degree of personal integrity and process orientation
• organizational and communication skills, independence, logical thinking
• ability to work hard, resistance to stress
• knowledge of MS Project and SAP project management tools is an advantage
• basic orientation in standards and the ability to apply and comply with them
• knowledge of working in AutoCAD at least in 2D
• ability to read drawing documentation
• knowledge of working with MS office word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
• willingness to travel to the construction site, mainly abroad
• driving license B, active driver
• Criminal integrity
