Project Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for a Project Manager for our team in Mexico 🇲🇽

This role uniquely contributes to the growth of the company, allowing you to become a trusted advisor to clients by deeply understanding their needs and helping them maximize the value they get from Toku. As a natural builder of technological integrations and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Be clear about Toku's technological products, and how they generate value for different clients.
• Understand the different technical challenges for integrating these products with clients, whether through API or SFTP.
• Propose new functionalities to clients, to strengthen the operation of the products in their specific operations.
• With the understanding of the products, integrations and functionalities; Put together a roadmap or pipeline of clients to work with.
• Finally, it is important to maintain the good operation and technical functioning of the integrations and functionalities in our clients.
• Be proactive in identifying and resolving problems to provide the best customer service.
• Work closely with development teams and other departments to solve more complex problems and deliver the best customer service.
• Identify opportunities, driving business results and ensuring clients achieve success.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience
• Availability to work in our offices with 50% presence.
• Be organized, proactive and passionate in the relationship with technology and integration with clients.
• Interest in technical and interpersonal relationships to identify and offer solutions effectively.
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
