FinOps Specialist CL

Role Summary

We are looking for an analytical, executive FinOps Specialist with a strong mindset of continuous improvement to join the Toku Finance team, reporting directly to our Finance Lead. Your mission will be to rethink and transform the way Toku operates its billing and collection processes, identifying opportunities for improvement and building the tools, automations and processes necessary so the company can collect faster, more efficiently and scalably.

You will be the process owner of the processes that are under your responsibility: you will have ownership over their results and KPIs, and you will have to mobilize different teams to ensure that the solutions we build really generate impact.

Responsibilities

As a FinOps Specialist, your main responsibilities will be

• Rethink and transform Toku's collection and billing processes:
• Map the end-to-end process (billing, notification, tracking, dispute resolution) and detect where there is room to gain speed, accuracy and a better customer experience.
• Design the next version of the process, designed to scale efficiently as the company grows.
• Build and implement automations and internal products:
• Lead automation projects with AI and design of internal tools for the company's financial processes, starting with billing and collections.
• Take charge of the complete project cycle: define the problem, design the solution together with Product/Engineering, measure the impact and ensure adoption by the teams that use it.
• Take ownership of the results
• Define and monitor relevant billing and collection KPIs, such as arrears, DSO, resolution rate, etc.
• Coordinate with Finance, Customer Success, Product, Engineering and other teams to ensure that the implemented solutions generate the expected impact.
• Build and scale new processes within Finance
• Identify new challenges and opportunities for improvement within the area.
• The role begins with a focus on billing and collections, but will have an increasing scope within the Finance area. As you consolidate these processes, you will have the opportunity to take ownership over other critical challenges.

Requirements

• ✔️ Professional training in commercial engineering, civil engineering or related career.
• ✔️ +2 years of professional experience, ideally in finance, operations or consulting.
• ✔️ Experience leading end-to-end implementations or cross-cutting projects, from design to adoption.
• ✔️ Ease and interest in learning about AI and automation tools.
• ✔️ Autonomy, speed and results orientation.
• ✔️ High motivation and proactivity.
• ✔️ Outstanding communication skills.
