Responsibilities

TAKE RESPONSIBILITY WHERE PERFORMANCE OCCURS

• Have you already taken on responsibility in production, industry, logistics or a comparable operational environment and would you like to not only manage teams, but also actively develop them?
• Then become part of our team as a production project manager (m/f/d).
• You take on operational responsibility for a customer project in an industrial environment. You ensure stable processes, reliable personnel planning and the achievement of quality, productivity and performance goals.
• You are the central interface between employees, customer contacts and management - with the aim of not only reporting challenges, but also solving them sustainably.
• You will take over the operational management of a production team on one of our customer projects.
• You manage personnel, deployment and capacity planning and ensure reliable project staffing.
• You ensure that production goals, quality specifications and agreed key figures are achieved.
• You analyze processes, identify potential for improvement and implement practical optimizations.
• You control relevant key figures such as productivity, scrap, quality, attendance and performance fulfillment.
• You will further develop your team professionally and organizationally and introduce new employees in a structured manner.
• You ensure clear communication between employees, customer contacts and management.
• You react confidently to deviations, bottlenecks and short-term operational challenges.
• You document services, developments and relevant deviations in a comprehensible manner.
• You are regularly present on the floor and lead the way as a leader.

Requirements

IMPORTANT FRAMEWORK CONDITIONS

• Full willingness to move within the state is essential for this role. Depending on the project needs, you will take on responsibility at one of our customer locations and work there permanently.
• Remote or hybrid work is not intended for this operational leadership role. We require willingness to travel for project purposes and a class B driving license.

THIS IS WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU

• Several years of experience in a management position in production, industry, metal processing, foundry, logistics or a comparable environment.
• Experience as a production manager, project manager, team leader, shift manager, foreman or group leader.
• Good knowledge of controlling production processes, personnel planning and operational key figures.
• A good feel for people and the ability to lead teams in a committed, fair and clear manner.
• A structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working.
• Assertiveness, a sense of responsibility and a strong hands-on mentality.
• Strong communication skills in contact with customers, employees and internal interfaces.
• Driving license class B.
• Mandatory willingness to move nationwide and to work permanently on site at changing customer and project locations.
• Project-related travel willingness.
