Role Summary
- Independent management and control of infrastructure projects in the field of structural engineering
- You play a central professional role in the planning of complex infrastructure projects in service phases 1-6 according to HOAI
- Development of your own designs, planning solutions and variant studies
- Responsible for project execution on time, cost and quality across all project phases
- Technical coordination of interdisciplinary planning teams and control of interfaces to adjacent departments
- Coordination with clients, authorities, experts and other project participants
- Ensuring compliance with relevant norms, guidelines and quality standards
- Participation in the creation of offers, technical concepts and addenda
- Support in the acquisition of new projects as well as the maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships
- Participation in the further development of planning processes, methods and quality standards in the field of structural engineering

Requirements
Successfully completed studies in civil engineering with a focus on structural engineering or a comparable field. Several years of professional experience in structural engineering, ideally in the context of infrastructure and transport projects. Experience in managing and controlling planning projects in the field of civil engineering structures. Knowledge of relevant standards, guidelines and planning processes in the infrastructure environment. Experience working with public and private clients is an advantage.
Skills
Confident handling of interdisciplinary project structures as well as the technical and organizational interfaces of complex infrastructure projects. Knowledge of BIM planning methodology is an advantage. Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of spoken and written English. Strong communication and coordination skills.
