Role Summary

You will take on the management of digitalization projects in the public sector – both at federal and state level

You will shape the further development of business models and strategic programs and actively promote the digitalization of citizen services

Thanks to your extensive professional experience in large digitalization projects in the public sector, you are able to manage complex projects in a structured manner and implement them sustainably

You develop target images, transformation roadmaps and support strategic communication within the organization

You always keep an eye on regulatory, technical and cultural requirements and ensure smooth implementation

With your understanding of the special features of the public sector and your flair for innovation, you will design digital programs that create real added value

Consulting means flexibility: Your project assignment depends on our customers and your project situation - you work throughout Germany in our offices, at the customer's site and from home

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business administration, psychology, organizational development, social sciences or a comparable field of study
  • You have three years or more of relevant external consulting experience in the public sector as well as a deep understanding of the special requirements of public organizations
  • As a (partial) project manager, you have already taken on responsibility and can look back on successful references in large digitalization projects
  • You are certified or familiar with various project management methods - whether agile, classic or hybrid - and work confidently with frameworks such as OKR and design thinking
  • You think in a solution-oriented manner, have an open mindset and impress with your 360-degree view of organizations and processes
  • You are characterized by analytical thinking skills, a strategic mindset and a structured way of working, as well as your strong communication skills and your confident demeanor towards customers at management level
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills (at least C1 level) round off your profile
