Project Manager - Cybersecurity

Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Consulting and Project Manager profile specialized in the ENS with demonstrable experience in adaptation, implementation and certification projects of the National Security Scheme (ENS) in public administration environments or highly regulated sectors. A high level of English and Catalan is required.

Experience in Microsoft 365 platforms

SharePoint Online.

PowerAutomate.

Power BI.

Document management and workflow automation.

Preparation of dashboards and reports to monitor indicators.

Training and Certifications

Degree or Engineering in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Computer Science or equivalent.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in cybersecurity, regulatory compliance and security governance projects.
• Experience leading adaptation projects to the ENS and other regulatory frameworks.
• Experience in coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholder management.
• Participation in security certification and audit projects.

Regulatory Compliance and Risks

• Implementation and maintenance of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS).
• Experience in ENS, ISO 27001, ISO 22301, RGPD/LOPDGDD and CCN-CERT standards.
• Carrying out security audits (ENS, ISO 27001 or similar).
• Execution of risk analysis and management using CCN-CERT, MAGERIT, ISO 27005 or equivalent methodologies.
• Preparation and monitoring of risk treatment plans.

Government and Management

• Definition and implementation of metrics, KPIs and dashboards.
• Preparation of executive, operational and monitoring reports.
• Management and monitoring of cybersecurity action plans.
• Administrative and documentary support in committees and monitoring meetings.
• Technology and Tools
• Current certification
• ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Implementer or
• ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor.
