Role Summary
At Snowflake, we are powering the era of the agentic enterprise. To usher in this new era, we seek AI-native thinkers across every function who are energized by the opportunity to reinvent how they work. You don’t just use tools; you possess an innate curiosity, treating AI as a high-trust collaborator that is core to how you solve problems and accelerate your impact. We look for low-ego individuals who thrive in dynamic and fast-moving environments and move with an experimental mindset — who rapidly test emerging capabilities to discover simpler, more powerful ways to deliver results. At Snowflake, your role isn't just to execute a function, but to help redefine the future of how work gets done.

As a Project Manager, you function as the "CEO of the Project," taking full accountability for Fixed-Fee discipline and the governance of complex technical lifecycles, including AI/ML and Lakehouse. WHY THIS ROLE?
- Leadership: Determine methods and procedures on new assignments and coordinate the activities of other personnel.
- Strategic Shift: This role represents a fundamental shift from managing tactical tasks to managing broader organizational outcomes.
- Complexity: Own high-visibility, strategic implementations for major enterprise accounts.
Responsibilities
- High-Stakes Delivery: Manage complex, Fixed-Fee implementations with rigorous governance.
- Work Structures: Create granular Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and associate effort and resource naming to specific tasks.
- Financial Governance: Apply Critical Path Methodology (CPM) and Earned Value Management (EVM) for accurate risk forecasting.
- Cross-functional Alignment: Network with key contacts outside your own area of expertise to ensure delivery success.
- Continuous Improvement: Present "Lessons Learned" decks to regional teams to optimize future upstream pre-sales and scoping.
- Service Selling: Support pre-sales activities by identifying upsell opportunities and contributing to service scoping.
