Responsibilities

Your main tasks

• Development of tailor-made security solutions: Creation of individual concepts for existing and new customers.
• Project management of security technology: Planning, control and monitoring of security-related projects - from the concept phase to technical acceptance and handover.
• Property inspections and inventories: On-site analysis to record technical requirements and ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards.
• Personnel scheduling: organization and deployment planning of the technical service team.
• Budget and cost management: Responsible for the business management and control of projects.
• Customer and team coordination: Work closely with customers, service technicians and internal managers.
• Preparation of measurements and invoices: Ensuring project-related documentation and invoicing.
• Sales support: Supporting sales with planning, calculation and preparation of offers.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.

Requirements

What you bring with you

• Completed technical training and several years of professional experience in construction and project management
• Many years of professional experience in project management and project planning
• Business knowledge and experience in project planning, control and monitoring
• Safe handling of the relevant standards and regulations in the construction industry
• DIN 14675 certification for planning and project planning of fire alarm systems is desirable
• High customer and service orientation as well as the willingness to travel regionally
• Experienced use of MS Office, CAD software AutoCAD, Visio, etc.
• Knowledge of the ERP system “ES-Office” desirable
