Role Summary

• Project management of new packaging and development projects in the field of medical technology
• Calculation and preparation of offers for new projects in coordination with the specialist departments
• Customer support and advice throughout the entire project – from the inquiry to implementation
• Coordination with suppliers within the scope of new projects, especially for materials, components and services
• Technical and commercial examination of the feasibility of new projects, taking into account costs, quality and time frame
• Creation of project plans, reports and documentation
• Representing the company at customer meetings and in communication with external partners
• You represent our company at national and international trade fairs
• Close cross-departmental collaboration with production, quality management, purchasing and other internal interfaces
• Ensuring schedules, budgets and quality standards
• Continuous optimization of processes in project management

Requirements

• Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, natural sciences or comparable alternatively a completed technical/commercial training with further training to become a technician (m/f/d), master (m/f/d)
• Several years of professional experience in project management or technical sales, ideally in a regulated environment (e.g. medical technology, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology)
• Experience in calculating and preparing offers as well as in supporting customer projects
• Knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP or other quality-related standards is an advantage
• Confident use of project management tools and MS Office
• Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written
