Lebenshilfe Bad Dürkheim is planning to implement a new housing offer for people with disabilities as part of a modern form of housing according to LWTG. The project includes the conceptual development, the structural implementation as well as the later commissioning and occupancy of the residential offering. For this future-oriented project, we are looking for a responsible personality with organizational skills, joy in new conceptual developments and high social skills. Due to its particular strategic importance, the position is directly affiliated with the management.

Responsibilities

• Overall coordination and control of the “New Living” project from the planning phase to commissioning
• Coordination of all project-related internal and external participants (including specialist planners, architects, authorities, service providers and cooperation partners)
• Creation of the functional and spatial program as well as support of the structural planning and equipment
• Control and support of occupancy management as well as the organizational commissioning of the housing offer
• Development of organizational, personnel and operational structures for the new housing offering
• Close cooperation with the management as well as the existing residential and specialist areas of Lebenshilfe

Requirements

We expect

• Completed studies in the field of social management, social pedagogy, special education or a comparable qualification
• Ideally experience in the areas of integration assistance, housing or social economy
• Knowledge of project management as well as a good organizational, business and conceptual understanding
• Ability to structure complex projects independently and implement them in a goal-oriented manner
• Leadership experience or the willingness and ability to take on leadership responsibility
• High level of initiative, sense of responsibility and identification with the tasks of life support
