Role Summary
Would you like to develop innovative solutions and use your previous experience? You have a degree in engineering, industrial engineering, business informatics or software/IT engineering; or comparable qualifications? Or do you have several years of professional experience in project management and/or construction supervision? Do you have a very good technical knowledge of automatic goods transport systems (EHB, AGV, RP) and have technical training?
If these characteristics apply to you and you are interested in a meaningful career, this position could be perfect for you. Become part of our Buildings department as our new project manager for logistics and robots/conveyor technology (m/f/d) and do your part to work for a future worth living.
As a project manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for planning logistics and process flows as well as robots/conveyor technology. Our scope of planning takes place in the hospital environment and considers both modern robotics solutions and automated transport systems that need to be renovated. Starting with the offer phase and project preparation, through the implementation of the individual planning phases, to the preparation and review of the tender and award as well as the follow-up and controlling of a project.

You will become part of the Buildings department. As one of the top 10 building designers worldwide, Ramboll works on more than 10,000 construction projects per year. 4,000 experts around the world specialize in creating innovative, sustainable and livable buildings. In the hospital logistics business area, we have been a recognized partner for healthcare customers for many years. The portfolio includes planning for national and international hospitals in the areas of logistics and conveyor technology. This also includes the planning of processes and the planning of supply and disposal operations. Ramboll is particularly specialized in the planning and implementation of logistics solutions based on autonomous mobile robots (AMR), automated guided vehicles (AGV), electric monorail systems (EMR) and pneumatic tube systems (PTS).

- A successfully completed degree in engineering, industrial engineering, business informatics or software/IT engineering, or comparable
- Or you have several years of professional experience in project management and/or construction supervision and/or with technical systems
- Confident use of MS Office, MS Project and ideally knowledge of the specialist software Revit/AutoCAD
- You enjoy working in a team and are characterized by your independent and structured way of working
- In-depth knowledge of HOAI and VOB
- Ideally experience with ISO 9001 and quality control plans
- High negotiation skills, assertiveness and a customer-oriented demeanor
- Willingness to travel at home and, if necessary, abroad
- Very good knowledge of German and English rounds off your profile
